Today, 6th December 2024, the esteemed AMA IOSUG Season Interview welcomed Joseph Eunice Jesutofunmi, a distinguished 200-level student of Theatre Arts at Kogi State University, Kabba. Representing the Iyahin Compound, Ife-Olukotun, Eunice proudly highlighted her roots as a committed daughter of her community.

As an aspirant for the prestigious position of Provost Marshal, IOSUG, Eunice shared her deep understanding of the role's responsibilities, emphasizing the importance of maintaining order, discipline, and security within the student body. She noted, “The Provost Marshal serves as the chief disciplinary officer, ensuring that students comply with the rules and regulations of this great union.”

In the interview, Eunice outlined her vision for the position, stating her commitment to open communication, addressing student concerns, and fostering an engaged and informed community. She expressed her passion for creating a safe and respectful environment, which fuels her motivation to run for the role.

When asked about her approach to resolving conflicts among students, Eunice emphasized active listening and impartiality, ensuring that all parties feel heard and respected. On enforcing rules and regulations, she stated, “Students must be aware of the rules, regulations, and their consequences. My role is to ensure fair enforcement without infringing on their rights.”
