Ibrahim Azeezat Bukola, a Mass Communication graduate from Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba, has announced her candidacy for the position of Female Director of Socials. Representing Aira Compound, Ife Olukotun, Bukola has shared her vision for creating inclusive and innovative social activities aimed at enhancing student life.
Bukola's plans include organizing events that foster community spirit and personal growth, such as multilingual materials for students and initiatives celebrating youth achievements across gender. She also intends to introduce free healthcare programs for both adults and children in the community.
Her campaign also focuses on vocational training programs like tailoring and bead-making to equip students with practical skills. Additionally, Bukola plans to organize monthly clean-up campaigns to promote environmental responsibility among students.
To ensure smooth event management, Bukola proposes setting up a reporting system for conflicts and a student-led security team for event coordination. She also pledges to work closely with other union directors to ensure successful collaboration on all student activities.
