Comrade Hassan Adeyanju Taoheed has expressed heartfelt gratitude to Almighty God for the journey so far, describing his leadership tenure as a long but fulfilling experience. In a message filled with appreciation and advice, he called on members of the community to prioritise love and unity.
"When you love each other, it will enable us to develop individuals and the community at large," he said, emphasizing the need for togetherness in growth and development.
Comr. Hassan made history by leaving a record-breaking ₦100,000 balance in the IOSUG union account for the incoming administration — a feat yet to be achieved before now.
His achievements also include securing placements for not less than six students at FYS, NAOS, and YESU, a mission he vows to continue as long as he has the opportunity. In addition, he facilitated JAMB scholarships for numerous students and secured sponsorship deals for IOSUG programs, further underlining his commitment to youth empowerment.
Encouraging youths to never give up on education, he shared a personal testimony:
"No matter the age or challenges faced, never give up on education. I am a living testimony today."
As he transitions from leadership, he leaves behind not just records but a message of hope, love, and progress.
