The Yagba East Education Supervisory Councelor Hon H M Hassan gave an Educational support to Spelling Bee 2nd Runner.
The award presented through Comrade Ahmed Valentine the true lover of education and one of the student union cabal present to Oluwemimo Ona-ara Jamb form scholarship on the 28th December, 2022.
The thirteenth years old girl who happens to be the second runner of the S.O spelling bee and the first girl to win the award was encouraged with a jamb form scholarship during the fourth edition of the spelling bee award presentation.
Comrade Ahmed said the scholarship received by her is to encourage other girls and to bridge gender bias in Ife-olukotun community.
Never the less the girl is still very far to claim the award as she is still in JSS2 but she can have the money if she want Ahmed said.
It's a wonderful day and a great performance from the spellers and the organizer.
